Twelve months to start
Construction begins within twelve months of your down payment. Within that window you choose your architect and your pace, or have us build.

Bring your own team, or take one of the Mayakana villa plans and have us deliver it finished.
Design guidelines, not a fixed plan
Height, setbacks, roof materials and the palette are set so the street holds together. Inside those limits the house is yours.

High speed satellite internet planned across the community, so working from the jungle is not a compromise.

Freehold title
Every lot is sold with clean freehold title, available to foreign buyers through a standard bank trust.
