The one bedroom plan, and the first villa under construction at Mayakana. Living, dining and kitchen run the length of the ground floor and open onto the terrace, with the bedroom and bathroom held behind. The stair climbs past a planted roof terrace to a rooftop pool, grill and bar.

Villa Bacab
Two bedrooms and two bathrooms over two floors, one suite on each level. The ground floor keeps the same open living, dining and kitchen as Zamna, with a second bedroom and bathroom above. Bacab is the plan without a rooftop pool, and the most efficient of the three.

Villa Ixchel
The largest of the three, and the only one with two bedroom suites and a rooftop pool. Ground floor living opens to the terrace, a second suite sits above it, and the stair carries on to a planted roof terrace with the pool, grill and lounge.

Villa Ixchel Plus, a three bedroom concept
Beyond the three plans, we adapt. Villa Ixchel Plus takes the Ixchel footprint to three bedrooms across two floors, with a double height living room and a rooftop pool over a planted terrace. It is a concept rather than a fixed product: the area and pricing are worked up per site, on request.

None of these three has to be your house. Buy the land on its own, hold freehold title, and build to the community design guidelines with whoever you like, whenever you are ready.
Twelve months to start
Construction begins within twelve months of your down payment. Take title, choose your architect, and build within that window.
Guidelines, not a plan
Height, setbacks, roof materials and the palette are set so the street holds together. Inside those limits the house is yours.
Services on the way
Power and water will run underground to your lot boundary, so your builder can start on a serviced site as the community is built out.
